What is the refund policy if I do not like review guides for any reason?

If you are not fully satisfied with our guides you can return it within 30 days of purchase and the full purchase amount will be refunded, less shipping and handling charges. However, FPGEE related books should be returned within 7 days of the purchase to qualify for chargeback. Our Combo Packs are nonrefundable. Software related items cannot be refunded in any circumstances.

Can I pay by check?

Personal checks are acceptable, however it may delay the order processing time. A cashiers check or money order is more preferable.
